Through artsy crafts, murals,

storytelling, we aim to raise
awareness and make a real

We donate a significant portion
of our proceeds to local/global conservation
organisations every month.
Our future vision is wide and exciting, we aim to
expand our efforts to include community projects, workshops, residencies, grants, and large-scale conservation initiatives. Just like the creative potential of every human being, the possibilities are endless.

"Growing up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, surrounded by forests and wildlife, I developed a deep appreciation for the natural world."
"One of my earliest memories of environmental change affecting my life was witnessing the devastating effects of pine beetle infestations, which were worsened by rising temperatures and climate change. This realization sparked my lifelong desire to protect the planet and find ways to advocate for its preservation."
"My Japanese heritage and connection to the Buddhist principle of esho funi—the oneness of life and the environment—have profoundly influenced my creative purpose. As someone who identifies with the East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) and Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities, I understand the challenges of being underrepresented in mainstream narratives. These experiences fuel my passion to amplify marginalized voices and advocate for diversity and inclusion through art and storytelling."

"I've always used creativity to express myself, but with growing up, working in multiple industries, from hospitality to corporate roles, my creative ember was dwindling. I found myself searching for deeper meaning and purpose in my work. Something always felt missing—a creative spark and a sense of connection to something bigger."
"Meeting Erica marked a turning point for me. Her passion for art and environmental advocacy ignited something within me—a creative awakening. Encouraged by Erica’s artistic spirit, I began exploring art and animation, rediscovering a new way to express ideas and emotions. This exploration not only provided a creative outlet but also deepened my appreciation for storytelling and its power to inspire change."
"Our travels to Thailand further fuelled this transformation. Surrounded by natural landscapes, vibrant ecosystems, and my own Thai cultural heritage, I experienced a profound connection to nature. It was during this trip that Erica and I took part in scuba diving for the first time, encountering the breathtaking beauty—and fragility—of the underwater world.
Motivated to learn more, we completed a reef conservation scuba diving course, gaining hands-on experience in marine protection efforts. Witnessing the challenges of coral reef degradation and learning about local conservation struggles inspired a sense of urgency to act.
This experience solidified my vision: to merge creativity with purpose, supporting environmental causes while empowering artists - I believe that everyone is creative, and discovering my love for it again makes me want to encourage others to nurture their inner creative. My journey of rediscovery and growth now fuels Lotus Earth Creative’s mission to bring art, advocacy, and action together."
