• All payments for products, artwork, or donations must be made through our designated payment gateways.

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

• We are not a registered non-profit but commit to reinvesting a significant portion of our proceeds into environmental initiatives.

• Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, or are not satisfied with the item/s you have ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a  replacement or refund, this includes exchanges.

• Digital Products , Custom Artwork: All digital sales, and commissioned work are non-refundable.

• All artwork, designs, and content on this site are the property of Lotus Earth Creative and its artists unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

• Artists retain rights to their work, and we ensure fair collaboration terms for all contributing creatives.

• Artists can withdraw their partnership/ work whenever they desire. 

• If you collaborate with us as an artist, you agree to our fair payment structure and usage rights for promotional purposes.

• We reserve the right to modify collaboration terms with mutual agreement between the Lotus Earth Creative and the collaborating artist.

• While we strive to provide accurate information, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or third-party links.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
